You can easily place your orders on the B2B Portal, where you can easily configure and select new products, browse through your order history (since Jan 1st 2016) or make a recurring order list with your favorite products.
If you don’t find what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to call customer service. We will gladly help you and provide you technical assistance.
Once you’ve placed an order we will confirm your order within the next hour.Orders placed on the B2B Portal for customers who have a credit account can be changed by calling Customer Service. Orders placed on the B2B Portal which are being paid by credit card can not be changed anymore.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express.
If you have received a credit account, you have the option to pay your order on account. Our standard payment terms are 30 days net. If you are exceeding your credit limit you will only be presented with the online payment options.

24 hour shipment
Locinox strives to ship all of the products listed on the USA website the next working day, provided your order is being entered before 4:30pm. If you wish to order a Locinox product that is not on the USA website but finds itself in the Locinox Product Catalogue (and thus has not a 24H shipment label next to it), it will be shipped to you within a 6 weeks timeframe. Combined orders which contain 24h shipment articles and 6 weeks articles will be shipped within the 6 weeks timeframe.
Road transportation
For practical reasons and speed of execution, we ship all of our orders with a Locinox selected transportation carrier, and can not accept your own transportation company. Default shipment is by road. Once shipped, we will send you an email with the packaging list so you receive confirmation of the shipment.
Free freight
We offer free freight on all orders of $ 4,000. On orders under $ 200 we apply a handling fee of $5.
Returns

Return deliveries

Return deliveries can only be accepted after a written authorization by Locinox USA, LLC. and this authorization includes by no means recognition of its liability. The return delivery is organised in any case at the expense of the customer. Locinox products will be taken back and restocked provided the product has not been installed and the packaging in intact. We apply a a 25% restocking fee.
