ELECTRADROP is Locinox's motorized electric drop bolt for automated swing gates. It locks the gate into the ground with a 4.53 in (115 mm) vertical throw, taking the holding load off the gate motor and improving overall gate stability. This generation adds more robust bolt position detection, obstacle detection, and solid-state switching, and keeps the proven Quick-Fix mounting so it fits right onto existing installations. Two standalone versions are available: the ELECTRADROP-E-P locks the gate on power loss (fail-close), and the ELECTRADROP-R-P releases the bolt on power loss (fail-open) using a built-in battery pack. Both are available in black and silver anodized finishes, with bolt position detection as standard.
