The existing Click-It fixation feature for insert locks will undergo a slight change. This update will require a different profile preparation.

Instead of a rectangle of 7-1/2” x 7/8” mm, a new contour shape is required. The new preparation needs a rectangle of 6-15/16” x 7/8” mm with a half-moon of 4/16” diameter at the top and bottom. The clips in the new Click-It system cover a larger area behind the half-moon shape and secure the insert lock more firmly. This preparation also ensures perfect positioning of the lock.

It is important that all gate profiles are constructed this way from now on. The updated versions of our insert locks, expected with a running change in the course of Q1 2023, will not be able to be installed in the previous profile preparation. However, all existing locks will fit into the new preparation just fine.
